Model cancellation form
Customers have a right to cancel the order within 14 days from the date of purchase without giving any reason. That is, whether a customer or a third party other than a carrier, a party indicated by a customer is acquiring the goods. Customer who wants to terminate the order must inform us (Minoti Sp. z o. o., Grochowska 306/308, 03-844 Warszawa, Polska, cs@minoti.com, Phone: +48222955099) of their decision by declaration form (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail). Customers may also use the cancellation form below. We also accept the form or other cancellation requests directly on our website www.b2bminoti.com. If submitted on the website, we reply by e-mail with a cancellation receipt without an unnecessary delay. It is sufficient to inform us about the cancellation before the deadline of 14 days. No additional actions are required to meet the deadline. Effects of cancellation We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or the customer has supplied evidence of having returned the goods, whichever is the earliest. The customer is only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to examine the product.
